1. No Returns
Since all our services are delivered digitally, there is no return option.
2. No Refunds
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- Once a consultation, course, or webinar is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.
3. Refunds
After Registration/Admission, in case, the classes do not start within 6 months from the date of your Registration/Admission, then the fees shall be refunded without any interest within 10 business days, but in case the student does not join the class even after getting information regarding the commencement of the classes then the fees will not be refunded or adjustable under any circumstances.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:
- A technical error from our end prevents service delivery.
- In such cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If approved but not received:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
- Contact your bank.
